How does billing work as I add franchisees?
Your subscription adjusts automatically as your network grows. When you add a new franchisee, the additional cost is prorated for the remainder of your billing period. You only pay for active franchisees.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is adjusted on a prorated basis.
What happens when my trial ends?
At the end of your 30-day trial, you'll be prompted to enter payment details to continue. If you choose not to continue, your account will be suspended but your data is retained for 90 days in case you change your mind.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees or hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay.
Do you offer annual billing?
